To apply for an Thailand entry Or Visit visa for business or social visits, you will need the following documents:

• Valid Passport with at least six months (with old Passport if applicable) validity from the date of arrival in Thailand.
• 1 Recent passport sized Color photographs (Met/Semi Met Paper, white background). MUST be taken during the last 3 months.
• Bank Statement for 6 months and a Bank Solvency Certificate (min. balance per Passengers Thai Bath 20,00 or equivalent taka).
• Trade License copy (Up to date with English Translate and notarized For Business Person)) 
• Visiting Card
• Letter Head Company Pad (For Business Person)
• NID/Birth Certificate copy
• Nikahnama/Marriage certificate english copy (If couple)
• Inviation (If applicable)
• For Govt. Service Holders Letter of Introduction (LOI) letter signed by officials of Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA).
• NOC copy for Private Service Holder
• Professional ID card copy
