Original Passport (Validity should be at least 06 Months from the date of departure)
Recent Passport size photo with white background (Mat Paper) 2 Copy
Original Bank Statement for the last six months with a bank solvency certificate, bank cheque book, ATM card (standard balance of 300,000 BDT), and TIN certificate.
Visiting Card, NID and Birth Certificate
Applicant may be required to attend an interview
N.O.C. / G.O / Trade License Notarized Copy with Translate in English & Letterhead Pad
Student ID Card / Birth Certificate (if child travel with parent )
Marriage Certificate (only for newly married couple )
