Family information

PROFESSIONAL DOCUMENTS

Trade license, memorandum of article, VAT, IRC etc. (for Business Person)
No objection certificate from the employer granting leave for the specified period (for Employee )
Pay Slip/ salary certificate for last 3 months (for Employees )
Visiting Card
Business Letter Head (for Business Person)
GO & Note verbal for official passport holders

FINANCIAL DOCUMENTTS

Bank Statement (personal or business) showing consistent history for a period of last 6 months
Bank Solvency Certificate
Copies of documents showing other funds available such as FDR, Saving Certificates, share statement etc (if available)
Asset Valuation Papers (if available)
Income Tax Certificate.
